Here’s How the Full “Harp Gets Hip in Charlotte, NC” Day Goes:

1. Mega-Lessons

Session #1 – 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Session #2 – 10:45 AM – 12:15 PM

This Master-Coaching Intensive is better than 1-on-1! You meet in groups of 3 with DHC for a 90 minute private masterclass coaching on your own specific areas of challenge.  Sign up with 2 friends or sign up alone & get matched with 2  others  (*Note scheduling is only completed if 3 students sign up for each slot – so it’s safest to sign up with 2 friends!)
3 Students / 90 minutes / $90 ea   (These lessons are almost all sold out so if you’re interested make sure to get in touch right away!)

2. Meet & Greet Lunch

12:30 pm – 1:30 pm 

Meet-and-Greet visiting harp master Deborah Henson-Conant in a potluck-style lunch – where you get to bring YOUR favorite dish and share it around!  Come for free – and bring your favorite thing to eat!

3. Hands-On “BLUES HarpStyle” Workshop

1:30 pm – 4:00 pm

Come with your harp. Leave playing the Blues!  A hands-on workshop for harpists from Fledgling to Professional, lever or pedal harp. You’ll learn the rhythm and harmony of the Blues, the use-it-anywhere “Slap Bass” technique and how to create basslines, riffs and comping (and you’ll even learn what those words mean!). And best of all, you’ll be PLAYING the Blues!
