Here’s a sneak peek of what it looks and sounds like when the HARP-BREAKERS take the stage with Symphony Orchestra!

On Sunday, April 22nd Composer & GRAMMY®-Nominated Recording Artist,
 Electric Harpist & Vocalist Deborah Henson-Conant “DHC” will perform with Symphony Tacoma in a special Earth Day concert with special guests the “Tacoma HarpBreakers!” Read more about the show & buy tix HERE.

The HarpBreakers are a select ensemble of harp players – of different ages and backgrounds – who will join DHC onstage for featured pieces for HARP ENSEMBLE and SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA including the Blues Boogie “New Blues,” the symphonic calypso “Califypso” and the debut of “You Have a Voice.”

Very special thanks from DHC to PAT WOOSTER, who has been my creative collaborator 3000 miles away on this special HARP-Breakers project with Symphony Tacoma and without whom this never could have happened.  Thank you Pat!!

Deborah Henson-Conant is a GRAMMY®-Nominated composer, performer, singer, songwriter, entertainer, humorist and the world’s foremost electric harpist. She performs her one-woman shows world-wide, and she opened for Ray Charles, toured with rock legend Steve Vai, debuted as a soloist with the Boston Pops, jammed with Bobby McFerrin onstage and Steven Tyler offstage — and released a dozen albums from Latin jazz to Celtic to blues.
