I’m trying new material at my Mother’s Day shows this weekend (details on the shows below) – so I’m psyched!! And I’m setting up this page so people who come to the shows will have a place to give feedback.
I’ll try to get back and moderate any comments quickly. If you want to read more about the show, here’s a link to the press release (pdf) and if that link doesn’t work for you for some reason, you can link to the basic press release page on my website and download the press release that way.
Here’s a link to more show info, including a cool sharable video player, which is fun to watch even if you can’t make it to the shows.
And here’s the basic show info which you can also easily find via my website homepage:

Thanks, Caryl — I had a great time tonight — what a spectacular audience you were!
Just saw your show last night at Tupelo Music Hall in Londonderry, NH. Oh, man, I could go to your show every night. (In lieu of that, your CDs and DVD get a lot of play at our house in and my car.) Your energy, your humor, and (it goes without saying), your astounding talent – are just entrancing. (And how DO you make the harp look like an easy instrument to play???) We sang along to your CDs all the way home (almost a 2-hour drive) and talked about what fun you made the night.
I took a couple of pictures of you with fans…not sure how to attach them. One was from a young man who said he was a fan of 20 years, but this is the first time he’d actually seen you. The other is me with you, looking as starstruck as I felt.
If the audience in Natick appreciates you even half as much as the audience in Londonderry, they’ll take the roof off.
OH! – and the new songs were wonderful. I’ll never think of watermelon again without thinking of Christmas! And I’d never heard the Dave Brubeck version o “Take Five” improved as you did! You would have made Paul Desmond proud to hear your vocal take on that jazz piece. Amazing!!! I felt like I was in another world.
Loved your show last night in Natick. Very different and the small venue made it more enjoyable. The four of us agreed it was the one of the best we’ve ever seen. Like your hair, frames your face softly, the songs were beautiful. See you at your birthday show. Nan
